Chris has grown and sold ten successful companies and has lead over 40 . As Summit’s Owner, Chris adds a level of experience and market diversity rarely seen in a development company. Chris has been an active real estate investor and developer for more than 20 years. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at ARM Insight, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors at Pulse Health, LLC, Henningsen Cold Storage, CloudMed Solutions, and Point B, Inc.
Eric has been in the construction industry for 20+ years, having started as a civil engineer for Kiewit Pacific, building bridges across the country to Vice President of a Construction Company in the Pacific NW. Eric has focused his attention to Development, managing all aspects of a project from design to lease−up. Eric is a very detail−oriented, which he balances with a very practical approach to construction. Eric prides himself in being innovative and finding new ways to make a project successful. He is known for saying that there is a solution to every problem — it only takes the right people and a big enough white board.
Eric holds a BA from Boise State University in Construction Management and a BA from Southern Oregon State College in Communications .

John Falconer’s background includes 30 years of experience in all aspects of project development. His responsibilities and roles as a Principal and Project Director on a variety of corporate and administrative facilities, high tech campuses, life and bio science facilities, retail complexes and educational buildings has broadened his diversity and skill sets to bring extraordinary value to his clients. His expertise in understanding his clients’ needs and providing effective and innovative creative building solutions is a valuable asset to the firm. John’s proficient management skills and versatility as an architect make him a valuable resource to clients and project team members alike. He is constantly seeking new ways to bring added value and innovation to his client’s business and operations.
John also has extensive experience in real estate transactions assembling teams of consultants and engineering disciplines for site acquisition, soliciting all engineering disciplines through an RFP/interviewing process and successfully negotiating contracts with all design consultants. He takes pride in assembling the right team for the right project as every project has its own idiosyncrasies and nuances that need to be paired up with the right consultants.
